Have 3+ years experience in an Account Management or similar role (ideally in an Agency setting, but this is not a deal breaker)

T H E R O L E
Reporting to the Account Director, as an Account Manager at Nucleus, you will manage a portfolio of clients undertaking a diverse range of brand, digital, marketing, video and campaign-based projects. Your day-to-day will include:
Nurturing client relationships, staying consistently up-to-date on their business requirements, identifying opportunities for Nucleus to assist in helping them grow.
Managing client projects from briefing and quoting, right through to delivery, working collaboratively with Nucleus’ team to ensure our projects are delivered to or beyond expectations
Staying across the status of your projects at all times, reporting on progress, managing expectations for your clients and Nucleus’ internal production teams alike.
Manage all client and project queries promptly and with a service focus (via phone, email, in-person or video conference)
Confidently attend client meetings, present approach and creative or digital recommendations on behalf of (or with) key Nucleus team members, and facilitate feedback constructively and efficiently through studio.
Follow up with clients on key outcomes of projects post delivery, assisting to identify and facilitate further project work.
Accurately maintain Nucleus’ job management system, follow business processes and workflow practices, inclusive of job setup, briefing, estimating, timelining, budgeting, invoicing and supplier management.
Make innovative design, marketing and digital recommendations based on client objectives in consultation and collaboration with the Nucleus team.
This is a full time role, working from our city location, however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated for the right candidate. Salary will be negotiated commensurate with experience.
