Since August 2020, Nucleus has been working with MTA to revitalise their digital creative for their Apprentice Recruitment Campaigns. After distilling a suite of Apprentice personas, utilising existing photographic and brand assets, our team got to work on developing strategic campaign creative visuals and copy for implementation across Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising channels.
The revitalised campaign creative saw a positive increase in qualified Apprentice applications over a 3-6 month period highlighting that the digital strategy and creative was having an impact. This initial activity has established a strong foundation for refining and evolving the creative approach and execution for digital marketing activities moving forward.
