Immigration SA is a State Government agency within the newly formed Department for Innovation and Skills (DIS) and is responsible for skilled and business migration to South Australia.
Nucleus were contracted by DIS to help rename and rebrand Immigration SA, as well as develop a new website: the primary qualifying tool and resource for state nomination processes and migrant applications.
Working with their team, Nucleus developed a new name and brand architecture for the brand that better represented the position and purpose of the agency. Concurrently, we redeveloped their website, building a more seamless and functional user experience that closely considered the migration journey and needs of their varied audiences.
Across the interface, we applied a new visual identity that both reinforced the brand position and allowed for greater flexibility in application across brand touchpoints moving forward.
