'Move Online' Campaign

With a broader goal of improving their member services, Super SA engaged Nucleus to partner with them in the development of a strategic marketing campaign to promote their upgraded member portal, and prompt members to opt-in for digital communications. We helped them establish a foundational marketing strategy and implementation plan, as well as development of campaign messaging, creative and rollout across their key communication channels. 


The 'Move Online' proposition and associated messaging framework has helped bring cohesion to their communications associated with new services and activities that members can now access online.
